Our Service is a software solution that provides digital tools for inventory management, sales processing, customer management, staff management, supplier connections, and related business operations.
Important: Smart Medicine Shop is a SOFTWARE SERVICE ONLY. We do not sell, distribute, or facilitate the sale of physical products, medications, or any physical goods. We do not provide human services such as consultation, medical advice, or professional services. Our platform is a digital software tool that enables pharmacies to manage their business operations electronically.
Any transactions, orders, or business activities conducted between users of our platform (such as between pharmacies and suppliers) are separate transactions between those parties. Smart Medicine Shop acts solely as a software platform provider and is not a party to, nor responsible for, any such transactions or the delivery of physical products.

Payment Processor Compliance: By using our Service, you acknowledge and agree that your use must comply with all applicable payment processor acceptable use policies, including but not limited to policies of Paddle and Card Brand Networks. Any violation of these policies may result in immediate termination of your account.
Our Service is offered through various subscription plans for access to our software platform. Subscription fees, billing cycles, and features are detailed on our pricing page. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.
Software Service Only: All payments made through our platform are for access to our software service and digital platform features. We do not process payments for physical products, goods, or services other than our software subscription service.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
You retain all ownership rights to data you upload or create using our Service ("Your Data"). You grant us a license to use, store, and process Your Data solely to provide and improve our Service.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.
